What are the delivery times? (UK & International)

UK: 2 - 4 working days*

EU: 14 - 30 working days*

Outside of EU: 14 - 40 working days*

 

*From shipping date. In most cases, you will receive your order in a quicker time. These time lines have been set to compensate for occasional postal delays / strikes / adverse weather conditions. 

 

What are the delivery costs? (UK & International)

UK - £5.99

EUROPE - £7.99

WORLD - £10.99

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, in most cases: You will be provided with a tracking number & courier information via email once the order has been shipped. Please be aware, some countries may not provide up to date tracking information in their region.

 

International Orders

Please note, that whilst we endeavour to provide all the delivery information as accurately & timely as possible, some local courier services / countries may experience delays or discrepancies due to that destination's internal infrastructure which is out of our control.

We do not at Tax to your orders. International orders may be subject to additional local customs taxes, payable on collection.

 

What if I don't claim my item and it gets returned?

Please be on the look out for your order and any delivery notes you local postal service may have left. We can longer be responsible for the redelivery cost of unclaimed items. If your item is returned to us and you would like it redelivered, will we require payment for the new delivery cost.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATE - 19/01/2023

We have now organised a new international courier company and integrated them into our back-end systems.

International deliveries will recommence as of today with a speedier tracked service.

International deliveries sent before this date are on their way, we are just unable to track them still due to Royal Mail's ongoing tech issues. We are in close conversation with them and will provide updates as soon as possible.

 

UPDATE - 17/01/2023 - Royal Mail Cyber Attack

We are aware of a cyber incident on Royal Mail that has directly effected some of our international orders.

Due the incident, Royal Mail cannot track some international orders. They are working hard to fix the issue.

We are adjusting our shipping operations to another service provider as Royal Mail will not currently accept any international orders. This may cause a short delay for international orders.
